Pace of Conrad - Running Blog features Nick Motil

February 05, 2010 by Nick

pavement-pounding "insano" (a word I use to describe those that run for pleasure/sport) Ryan Conrad, has a GREAT blog:

http://www.paceofconrad.wordpress.com

This week, as a part of his coined phrase "fist-pump fridays" he is featuring ME!

Since May of 2009, I've been running to try and lose some of the weight I'd slapped on touring in 2007 and 2008. I'm now a moderate insano.

Give it a read - you can check him out more on his twitter profile: @iamconrad

From Nick

August 25, 2009 by Nick

So we've been working with the folks over at www.synclive.com to come up with a great way for me to send you guys a digital thank you concert...so to speak. A "welcome back to school" or "thanks for being a friend" or "sorry about your breakup" kind of a thank-you card in the form of a digital concert...completely live! and COMPLETELY FREE TO YOU!!!

Come watch my SyncLive.com show at  7:00 PM on 9/2/2009

This is the link to the concert. Its going to be Wednesday September 2nd at 7pm Pacific Time - making it 10pm on the East coast. I feel like this is the best time for you all to be able to tune in. Whether you're coming home from work or class and winding down gearing up to study all night, or you're just ready to call it a night on your mid-week, I'd like to invite you to enjoy a free solo-acoustic concert.

I'm going to be performing a 45 minute set in my own living room here in Henderson, NV. Its going to be 100% live, and for me, it'll be 100% a first time...and will be odd not hearing you yell your requests or cheer afterwards :) But I will be taking your requests throughout the show. You'll be able to chat live via my AIM:

Motil50

*You can link to my show to help promote if you wish via facebook, myspace, blogs, twitter, or anything else you can think of here!

http://app.synclive.com?show/31613

this allows you free access to the show...you MAY register with www.synclive.com and use the chat feature to comment to other watchers...you can make fun of my hair, or share your feelings about the songs. :) the choice is yours!

I hope this becomes a really great avenue for you to enjoy a night of live music, 100% free, and in YOUR house! You don't even have to wear clothes!!!

So, we'll hopefully see you (or be seen by you, rather) on Wednesday September 2nd. You just follow that link and log onto AIM and send your song requests to Motil50

Looking forward to it,

-Nick

Want to hear Nick on the radio?

May 27, 2009 by Keith

Want to hear Nick on the radio?  Iheartradio.com gives independent artists the chance to have their music heard on over 400 stations across the United States.  We can't do it alone though, we'll need your help.  Each full play of a song counts as one play, the more plays Nick gets the more likely his music will be featured across the country.  Simply go to NICK'S PROFILE and start enjoying some music.

With enough plays we can get Nick spinning across the country! Remember to vote on the song as well which you can do by highlighting the stars for each song.  Who knows there may even be a few new tracks to listen to on the site...but don't take our word for it. Thanks for all the help, and love.

Nick Motil ROCKED the house in New York City at Arlene's Grocery!

The crowd was amazing and the place was electric when Nick took the stage.  He gave one hell of a concert and everyone who was there is still talking about the show today!
